Amicus Filings
NHACDL occasionally files amicus briefs in cases which raise issues of
general importance to the administration of criminal justice in New
Hampshire. The decision to file an amicus brief is made by
NHADCL's amicus committee in consultation with the president and Board
of Directors. NHACDL also provides written and oral
testimony regarding proposed judicial rules and legislation.
