NHACDL will hold its ever-popular spring DUI defense CLE on Friday, May 17, 2019 at The Derryfield Country Club in Manchester, NH.
This year's CLE will provide an interactive and demonstrative format to analyze various DUI topics. Subject matter will include: intake appointments, emergency calls, ethics, case preparation, issue spotting, discovery, constitutionality of warrants, administrative issues (ALS, U20, medical, etc), suppression issues, preservation of evidence, voir dire, trial themes, cross examination, breath testing, out-of-state consequences.
The faculty includes the following New Hampshire attorneys: Mike Bowser, John Durkin, Len Harden, Phil Kalil, Christine List, Bob Moses, Kevin O’Keefe and Mark Stevens. In addition, Sarah Churchill of Maine and Daniel Sabol of Ohio will contribute to the program. These attorneys all have a great deal of experience and are known for their success in DUI defense.
