We will be hearing from expert local practitioners, Attorney Joe Welsh and Attorney Andrew Cotrupi, who will do a session on a NHSTA manual cross- examination, nuts and bolts of NH DWI law, and "It is a .18 and you have to try it." Ryan McFarland, a hearing examiner with the Department of Motor Vehicle will present on ALS hearings and how to best prepare.

We will hear from exemplary expert witnesses. Dr. Greenblatt from Tufts University will discuss pharmacology results and impairment. John Zolock, Ph.D. will present on accident reconstruction.

We will have an hour of ethics presented by Jordan Strand of NHPD and Julian Jefferson from UNH Law School. The CLE will have a presentation on NH Supreme Court law on stops and sufficiency.

At lunch, we will present our Champion on Justice award to Jeff Levin and Behzad Mirhashem from the NH Federal Defender.
